Essential Functions
Working with teams to build plans and business cases as part of the Stage Gate process and aligning with company strategy
Will be expected to perform both leadership/strategy work along with daily execution (i.e. not a direct people manager position)
Daily management of an org-wide commercialization project plan for our product lines
Daily interaction with all departments and focused on Product, Marketing and Learning & Development
Designing, launching and executing a Stage Gate process that will be leveraged throughout the organization
Providing input into each domain and understanding their needs
Analytics/reporting skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, data trending)
Accountability for company commercialization from a PMO perspective
10% or less project management. 90% building and enhancing a commercialization process that has org-wide attention
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
Minimum Requirements
Experience in roles that have taken large SaaS programs to market. Both 0-1 and 1-2.
Experience with large enterprise end-to-end solutions
SaaS industry experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with Stage Gate project management
Strong relationship building and influencing skill
