Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on a weekly basis
Skills needed to succeed:
5+ years of experience in a post-sale client relationship role, supporting customers through implementation and ongoing engagement
Prior experience in the health insurance industry; underwriting background is a strong plus
Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Proven track record in project/account management

Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships
What We Offer:
A fun, team-oriented startup culture.
Generous stock options - we all get to own a piece of what we’re building.
Unlimited vacation days.
Flexible schedule that supports working from home.
Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid paternal leave, and more.
