About the Role:
The Onboarding Engineer is responsible for supporting the implementation of our various service offerings to our top-tier, strategic, and procuring customers. This includes tracking various deliverables, providing enablement to customers, and delivering commercial Onboarding services to a variety of customers across various industry verticals. The onboarding experience includes alignment and delivery of the CYDERES Cyber Cloud Native Analytics Platform (CNAP), project leadership, coordination with marketing plans, engagement of technical content alignment, and consulting on integrations and analytics. Candidate should be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple high-priority demands while driving consistent results and have a passion for delivering well-engineered and tested deployments. Candidate should also bring the right attitude to the team including honesty, accuracy, and positivity. Additionally, candidates will need to have a customer-first attitude and be comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in the Chronicle Security platform.
Work with customers to gather requirements, on-board, implement alerts, and develop Chronicle Security solutions to meet and exceed their requirements, through discussions, strategic presentations, recommendations, and implementation.
Partner with customers to provide them with the necessary recommendations, configuration scripts, and documentation to integrate their existing security solutions with the CYDERES Cyber Defense Platform.
Advise and implement customer on-boarding onto the CYDERES Cyber Defense Platform. This includes working cross-functionally to complete all necessary processes, procedures, and documentation.
Deliver world class service to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
Communicate effectively via video conferencing for meetings, technical reviews, and onboarding activities.
Troubleshoot network environments to figure out connectivity and other network and/or permission related issues.
Build and troubleshoot parsing logic to normalize data from different telemetries.
Collaborate with leading (and emerging) security companies to integrate their products into the CYDERES Cyber Defense Platform.
Continuously monitor customer feedback to deliver a high satisfaction level.
Requirements:
5+ years of Network / Computer Security Experience
Intermediate level of networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with monitoring and investigating various telemetry (log) output
Ability to work amicably with clients (both internal and external)
Basic level understanding of development practices and languages
Strong communication skills
Experience in security operations within the context of customer-facing roles.
Experience working with Big Data technologies and distributed programming inclusive of developing security tools, automation, or frameworks.
Experience with writing threat detection rules/parsers and working with associated tooling (e.g., Splunk, etc.).
Understanding of network protocols, secure network design, network monitoring tools, Operating System (OS) internals, and hardening.
Understanding of command-line-interface, intrusion detection, incident response, and forensics.
Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and common SaaS applications (e.g. Office 365, Okta, Salesforce, SharePoint)
Experience in managing customer projects to completion and working with cross-functional teams.
