Business Value Engineer
Grafana Labs is looking for an experienced Business Value Engineer to add to our successful Sales and Solutions Engineering Org. As the founding member of this team, you will be the strategic partner to our Account Executives and Solutions Engineers helping to define and articulate Grafanas value across our product, technology, and services. You will lead and play a key role in unifying our value proposition and narrative both internally and externally.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a founding member and contribute directly to, and partner with, several teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and more.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Grafanas value to our customers globally
You will be working directly with our customers, showcasing our value, walking through pricing, strategy and more.
Partner with leadership across teams and departments to align our value narratives
Help develop across the GTM teams, including Sales and Customer Success, our broader value narratives, and value selling
Understand and quantify the value that our customers have realized through a partnership
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in value management, value consulting, or value engineering
You should have deep experience building quantitative and qualitative analyses
Ability to analyze and interpret data and create a compelling, customer-facing story
Experience partnering with GTM leaders across the business to define and align on Grafanas value propositions.
As a founding member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the groundwork for our Business Value team.
In the United States, the OTE range for this role is $220,000 - $260,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
