The Opportunity
HubSpot is experiencing rapid growth ($2B+ ARR, 30%+ YoY growth) and is building a world-class Business Value Consulting team. As a Business Value Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in helping prospects and customers understand the measurable impact of our solutions.
This role is more than financial modelling—you’ll be a strategic advisor, crafting tailored business cases, defining value frameworks, and enabling our teams to showcase HubSpot’s ROI effectively.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with leadership – Work with local and global HubSpot executives to define key business drivers and create value-based assessments across industries.
Lead strategic account planning – Partner with Country Sales leaders to drive value-related initiatives that shape deal strategies.
Develop compelling business cases – Build Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses to support new sales and renewals.
Create high-impact presentations – Design and deliver executive-level presentations for C-Suite and Boards, collaborating with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Build a scalable value framework – Establish a governance model and create self-service assets, including industry benchmarks, to support our sales organisation.
Conduct market research – Analyse business, market, and industry trends to generate actionable insights.
Enable internal teams – Provide thought leadership and training to our Sales and Go-To-Market teams to help them articulate HubSpot’s value effectively.
Who You Are
Experience: 3+ years in business value consulting, financial analysis, or a similar role within SaaS.
Financial acumen: Strong expertise in TCO, ROI, and Lifetime Value (LTV) modelling.
Enterprise stakeholder management: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior decision-makers.
Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data and translating insights into compelling business narratives.
Presentation skills: Confident in delivering impactful presentations to C-level executives.
Strategic thinker: Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while keeping a results-driven approach.
Tech industry knowledge: Experience in enterprise software or technology is a plus.
