Job Overview: The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing a variety of strategic and operational functions across finance, product, marketing, implementation, and team coordination. This role will act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, and will be critical in ensuring smooth execution of key business processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations:
Own and maintain the product roadmap for the week, month, and quarter.
Track the status of current product features under development.
Manage the intake process for adding new features to the product roadmap.
Team Coordination/Alignment and Project Management:
Maintain and manage the Sync Matrix, ensuring smooth cross-functional task management and follow-up.
Facilitate weekly team stand-ups and calls.
Organize and maintain TARA Minds' filing system in the Drive.
Coordinate RFPs and bids from customers, ensuring smooth cross-departmental collaboration.
Assist in the identification and scaling of best practices for sales operations.
Serve as the project manager for the implementation of new companies, scheduling next steps, and overseeing contract/execution processes via DocuSign.
Support enterprise-wide coordination (TARA, Red Cell Partners, etc.) across departments and teams.
Finance & Investor Relations:
Manage expense reports and coordinate with our Venture Capital firm, Red Cell Partners (RCP) for approval.
Distribute quarterly financials to investors and complete Satori/Investor Quarterly Questionnaire.
Schedule and coordinate Board of Directors (BoD) meetings with members and manage logistics in collaboration with Red Cell Partners.
Process invoices and manage Bill.com transactions.
Oversee Amex transactions in coordination with Red Cell Partners.
Manage insurance policies and renewals.
Enterprise Events & Conferences:
Handle travel and registration logistics for conferences and webinars.
Oversee enterprise webinar logistics (Zoom links, registration pages).
Marketing:
Maintain an up-to-date folder of current decks and one-pagers.
Follow up with employer interest form submissions.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in business operations, project management, or similar roles, with a focus on cross-functional coordination.
Strong proficiency in tools such as JIRA (ninja-level expertise preferred), Hubspot, Zoom, and other enterprise software.
Experience in product and clinical operations, with a good understanding of TARA’s product and services. – Bonus qualification
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be able to work East Coast hours and have flexibility to work when needed
This is a 1099 position with the goal of converting to a W2.
Compensation: $9,000-$11,000/month
