Job Type: Remote (Part time/ Contractor)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales pod. The BDR will work closely with the Account Executive and Sales Executive to identify and generate qualified prospects through cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform prospect research to identify potential clients in the real estate space.
Conduct phone, email, and social media outreach to companies and contacts in the real estate space.
Work closely with the Account Executive and Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our Hubspot CRM system.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, title related experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
American English accent.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in US East Coast business hours.
Ability to join Zoom and Teams calls with clients as needed during the work day.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM software.
Estimated Pay: $15-17/hr
