Business Development Manager
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a robust network of clients in Germany? Do you excel in building relationships through face-to-face interactions? If so, MGID invites you to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
This role is crucial because it directly contributes to the company’s growth and success by building strong relationships with advertisers and driving sales.
What will you do:
Work with Direct advertisers, performance agencies and Media agencies
Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently.
Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth.
Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations.
Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts.
Report updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot.
Sell to media agencies, brands, ecommerce advertisers, and product owners.
Who you are:
At least 4 years of sales experience in digital media in DACH market.
Have a strong desire and enthusiasm for sales.
Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers.
Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs and industry trends.
Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends.
Will be a plus:
Experience in performance marketing
Experience with AdTech/MarTech
Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization.
Languages proficiency:
Fluent English
Fluent German
