About the Team
The Business Applications Product Manager will be a member of the Business Applications team. This team is responsible for the core business systems at Lumivero which are utilized to manage Lead capture, Opportunity Management, Order Processing, Subscription Management and Billing, as well as Financial Reporting and support of Lumivero’s General Ledger system of record. The team is a highly collaborative and agile group, one which handles multiple requests from simple data inquiries to feature build out of these core systems.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Manager to join our Business Applications team. In this Product Manager role, they will be responsible for the ‘Quote to Cash’ systems including Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB), supporting the core teams and managing the respective configuration (including Product Catalogue, Pricebook, Discount and Billing Schedules) which enables Lumivero to quote, accept orders, invoice customers and collect cash. In addition to these hands-on duties they will also play a pivotal role in ensuring processes and systems are documented, managing the ‘Quote To Cash’ roadmap and strategic direction.
This role involves a combination of product management, business analysis, quality assurance, process documentation, system administration, and ad hoc tasks to support the department's evolving needs. The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure systems align with business goals and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the systems roadmap for Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ZAB ensuring readiness for system migrations of acquired companies, product launches and new features
Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Develop comprehensive process flows, use cases, and solution designs to support system enhancements and business initiatives.
Develop and execute test plans for new system features and enhancements.
Test system updates and changes to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
Identify, document, and track issues, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve them.
Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation of system processes, workflows, and configurations.
Develop user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation to support system adoption and use.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all processes are accurately documented and easily accessible.
Perform administrative tasks in Salesforce & NetSuite, such as managing user accounts, permissions, and data quality.
Support the implementation ofcustomizations and configurations as needed.
Assist with routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in a product manager, business analyst or similar role
Experience with Salesforce CPQ & NetSuite Zone Advanced Billing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Track record of working collaboratively across teams.
