Bridge Client Experience Coordinator
Our newly designed Bridge Publications team is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support and improve the client experience for our N2-owned publications. This position involves fostering positive client experiences, assisting clients with the collections and billing processes, and following standard processes to manage advertisement submissions and deadlines.
In a Typical Day, You’ll:
Build relationships with clients to support positive experiences.
Assist clients in resolving credit card issues and work to minimize past-due amounts.
Track client metrics through set spreadsheets and processes.
Proof publications for ad quality and accuracy.
Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all ads are prepared and organized.
Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to ad submissions and queries.
Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members.
Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment.
To Land This Gig, You Need To Have:
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience managing multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with N2’s Corporate Publications program.
The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
