Brand Designer
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Brand Designer will lead the development and execution of branding and design initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in shaping and managing UpKeep’s visual identity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Identity Design:
Develop and refine visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums.
Design illustrations, images, color palettes, and other brand assets that align with the company's guidelines.
Translate brand strategy into innovative and engaging visual concepts.
Creative Direction:
Lead and oversee creative projects, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design standards.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create collateral, presentations, and web assets that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Present ideas, concepts, and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product design teams to ensure branding is seamlessly integrated into digital products and systems.
Work closely with all teams to develop brand-aligned materials, including advertising, social media, and promotional campaigns
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in brand design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE
Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent software.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
