Fogged In Bookkeeping is a dynamic bookkeeping and accounting firm serving customers in a wide variety of industries across the country and is seeking a full charge bookkeeper to join our team. At this time we are specifically looking for bookkeepers with experience in time and materials billing or restaurants. Candidates must be interested in building value for clients, not just in data entry work. We require that all bookkeepers have a full grasp of accounting fundamentals, be willing to help business owners understand their financials and look to improve upon existing circumstances within their businesses. Candidates must be comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office and working remotely. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online required. QuickBooks certification or an associates degree in business administration or accounting preferred. Willing to consider either an employee or subcontractor relationship. Ability to juggle several clients and communicate effectively is crucial. Experience working remotely also valued.

We are currently looking for candidates living in either Massachusetts or Florida at this time.

Employee rate: base $26/hour with full benefits including medical, Aflac, and PTO.

Subcontractor rates: negotiable
