Advanced Behavioral Therapy is now hiring a full time remote/hybrid BCBA to join our growing team of professionals.
The BCBA will be responsible to work as a team with clients, families, and providers for the client. The BCBA will also be responsible to assess the clients, create treatment plans, train and supervise the direct staff (RBT) and collaborate with all team members and families to ensure accurate and quality services are being provided to our clients. The BCBA will also be responsible to report to the clinical director on a monthly basis with review and record of progress of each client.
Qualifications:
- BCBA board certification in good standing for at least 1 year
- Experience providing BCBA supervision and training for at least 1 year
- Experience with creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
- Hybrid/remote experience preferred
- Salary to commensurate with experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
