Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our data and analytics team in driving insights and delivering data solutions that support strategic business decisions. The BI Manager will oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of data-driven reporting tools, dashboards, and systems, ensuring data integrity and high-quality analytics for informed decision-making across the organization. This role reports to VP Product.
Responsibilities:
Work with departmental leaders to understand their reporting needs and coordinate resourcing
Oversee the maintenance of the existing library of reports, and stay abreast of engineering changes that impact the data catalogue
Oversee and define the company's data model and the construction of our metrics – many of which are synthetic
Ensure departments have the tools and dashboards needed to succeed in their various functions
Predict and ensure proper resourcing in the BI Department
Continuously improve the quality of reporting by working with departments to simplify requirements, working with Engineering to ensure views and tables are digestible, and working with Product to ensure feature requirements consider data needs
Train and mentor BI Analysts to continuously improve the quality and turnaround times of reports
Qualifications:
8+ years of reporting experience, especially exposure to and experience with SQL
2+ years of team lead or manager experience
Skilled storyteller, you are able to describe the company as though it were a machine, and use data to explain how different pieces of the machine affect one another

Strong English language

Full-time status (40 hours per week)
Able to work during US Eastern time zone
Up to $2.5k/month
