Benefits Administrator
The Benefits Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of a comprehensive range of benefits programs on a global scale, serving both employees and customers. This includes overseeing health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, pension programs, and other employee-related benefits. You will be responsible for ensuring that these programs are managed effectively and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all relevant country, state, and federal regulations across various jurisdictions where we operate and hire. This role requires a deep understanding of global benefits structures and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the smooth delivery of benefits to our diverse workforce. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of new benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries, and proactively identify areas for improvement within our benefits offerings
What you will do:
Benefits Administration and Data Management:
Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in the HRIS, providing vendors and internal stakeholders with up-to-date and correct data.
Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reporting.
Perform ongoing audits of benefits-related data to maintain integrity and compliance.
Implement and maintain consistent procedures to capture and manage accurate benefit-related data.
Employee and Stakeholder Support:
Provide benefits support and guidance as part of the Benefit Center of Excellence, assisting HRBPs, HR Specialists, and customer service teams on all benefit-related matters.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other benefits-related questions.
Serve as the main point of contact for insurance carriers and third-party vendors, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.
Benefits Communication and Education:
Support the design, review, and updating of benefit communication materials to enhance employee understanding and increase the efficiency of benefits-related processes.
Develop and distribute employee communication tools to improve awareness and understanding of the company’s benefits offerings.
Assist with the creation of educational content and sessions to support employees in making informed benefits decisions.
Program Management and Process Improvement:
Coordinate and manage annual open enrollment periods, wellness programs, and other global benefits initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document, streamline, and continuously improve benefits-related processes.
Analyze benefits usage and costs, providing recommendations for plan improvements and design changes, balancing the needs of employees with operational considerations.
Strategic Support and Special Projects:
Assist in strategic planning and execution of benefits programs, aligning with company goals and employee needs.
Provide support for special projects as required, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing benefits administration.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a related administrative role.
Certifications: Professional HR or benefits certification is a plus.
Benefits Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee benefits and relevant laws, gained through previous roles.
Organization & Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Customer Focus: Highly customer-oriented with excellent project management skills, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits services.
Team Player: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative.
