Synapse International is a recruitment agency who helps companies around the world hire amazing talent.
We're disrupting hiring, and looking for remote Business Development Representatives to join our team ASAP. Your primary mission will be to get as many clients leads as possible so that our Senior BD team can secure the deal. You will primarily be targeting companies between 10-50,000 employees in the US.
Some of the core responsibilities of a Business Development Leads Manager at Synapse will include:
- crafting and sending emails using sales tools like Apollo or SnovIO
- sending inmails and connection requests
- cold calling
- texting, WhatsApp messaging, telegram messaging, slack messaging and discord messaging
- Engaging in LinkedIn groups and Facebook groups
- finding job boards of alternate types of jobs on boards like: Hnhiring, angellist, remote jobs, indeed, LinkedIn jobs, monster jobs, Facebook jobs, zip recruiter etc, and contacting them
Requirement - have to have expertise in ChatGPT and great at grammatical English
Must Haves
• 100% fluent English
• Prior experience with Apollo or email automation tools and LinkedIn
• 3 years + SDR for recruiting, consulting services, or software companies
• Persistent cold-calling experience
• Deep experience with email marketing for business development
• Business-minded attitude
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Detail-oriented and goal-setter
• Passionate about helping people
• Interest for web-research
• Desire to explore exciting new industries
Compensation includes a competitive base salary + commissions.
