Founded in 2014, Anagram is the largest and fastest growing insurance billing platform for eye care providers in America, and processes hundreds of millions of dollars each year.
We're growing fast and we need your help to grow even faster. We're looking for a B2B growth marketer who can execute. Someone who gets giddy at the thought of developing uniquely effective marketing campaigns. Someone who leans quantitative and has experience marketing to SMBs with a similar ACV. Someone who is a clear thinker and understands how to effectively reach and capture an audience. Someone who is looking to grind hard and deliver exceptional growth.
Your responsibilities
Find the signal through the noise: rapidly iterate, plan, test, execute, and scale channels
Drive awareness and generate leads for the sales team
Leverage channels that work (e.g. paid social, review sites, gated content, google, etc.)
Constantly assess performance and transparently report against it
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing
A proven track record of success at a B2B startup selling to SMBs
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing, and audience targeting and segmentation
Proficiency in analytics tools, ads managers (i.e. Google, FB, LinkedIn), and HubSpot
Comfortable digging into data and generating insights
Creative and a first principles thinker
Ability to multi-task, self motivated, and willing to work hard
Experience with HTML, CSS, and design tools (i.e. Figma)
