Associate Revenue Systems Administrator
Overview
We’re hiring a Associate Revenue Systems Administrator to streamline system operations, support revenue teams, and improve automation. This role will enhance efficiency by managing licenses, triaging Salesforce cases, and maintaining integrations—ensuring seamless workflows that drive company-wide success.

What you’ll do
License Provisioning & System Access: Manage the provisioning and deprovisioning of licenses for new hires across various revenue systems.
Salesforce Case Management: Triage, prioritize, and resolve Salesforce cases submitted by cross-functional teams, ensuring timely support.
System Integrations & Administration: Assist in maintaining and optimizing integrations between revenue systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
Tool Administration: Support and administer revenue technology tools, including Salesforce, LeanData, Apollo, Scratchpad, Outreach, Gong and others.
Automation & Error Handling: Monitor and troubleshoot automation flows, identifying and resolving errors to ensure seamless operations.
Documentation & Enablement: Develop and maintain documentation for key policies, procedures, best practices, and use cases specific to Recharge.
Training & Support: Provide support by responding to training needs and technical questions from staff.
Project Collaboration: Work with stakeholders on projects related to system enhancements and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a revenue operations, system administration, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration (Salesforce Admin certification is a plus).
Familiarity with revenue tech stack tools such as LeanData, Apollo, Scratchpad, and Gong.
Strong troubleshooting skills with automation workflows and integrations.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with marketing and sales automation tools.
Understanding of data governance and best practices for CRM hygiene.
Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.

Recharge’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.
Hiring range in the US $72,000 USD - $90,000 USD
Hiring range in Canada $64,000 CAD - $80,000 CAD
