Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with product innovations and industry trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis and feedback for product development.
- Collaborate with design teams on prototypes and POCs.
- Understand and communicate API and data integration requirements.
- Write Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals to support solution implementation and customer engagement.
- This role requires 25-50% travel
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-sales, or Lead Product Management.
- Strong background in ERP or SaaS solutions for Supply Chain, Inventory, or Logistics.
- Experience engaging with mid-market to enterprise car dealerships.
- Pre-sales & Demo Experience: Ability to present solutions and conduct compelling demos.
- Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to drive alignment across OEMs and dealerships.
- Project Management & Execution: Hands-on experience in defining and driving execution strategies.
- OEM & Dealer Integrations: Experience with dealership software and third-party integrations.
- Automotive Fixed Operations Knowledge: Understanding of parts logistics, inventory, and supply chain challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with dealership operations (not mandatory).
- Experience with OEM websites (Tier 1 - Tier 3) and integrations.
- Understanding of Digital Retail, Online Chat, F&I, Desking, CRM.
