Ajax Systems, the most awarded security system provider in Europe, is in search of a professional and dedicated individual for the role of Area Sales Manager, who is passionate about customer relationships and growing local business.

Every year we show multiple increases in both the number of teams and the number of users worldwide. Ajax Systems has two manufacturers based in Ukraine, a big R&D office, and an extremely fast-growing global business unit team.
We are looking for strong individuals, able to work in a team and be self-organized at the same time. A key part of this role is being able to open doors for new sales opportunities and developing the business over the telephone and the meetings.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, and other related areas.
- Results-oriented individual showing initiative and responsibility.
- Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
- Skilled negotiator: strong communication skills, both on the phone and face to face.
- Team oriented.
- Well presented, professional, reliable, and ethical.
- Conduct regular visits to customers in the area (Paris, North, Normandie) to foster positive working relationships.
- Achieve sales targets for the region.
- Analyse the market to identify customer needs, potential sales volume, pricing strategies, and competitive dynamics.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to continuously refine and enhance market position; assist in developing messaging, sales tools, campaigns, promotions, and marketing plans.
- Conduct regular business plan reviews with dealers to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies, and to ensure these are being implemented effectively.
