Analytics Manager - Product
About the Role
Caribou is looking for an Analytics Manager to partner with our Product organization, helping leverage data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and improve our digital consumer experience. In this role, you’ll provide proactive analysis and thought leadership to Product and Marketing executives, influencing key decisions that drive business growth. This role will:
Shape Data Strategy: Work with Product and Engineering teams to define data capture, storage, and reporting strategies.
Optimize A/B Testing: Standardize and streamline A/B testing across website flows to speed up iterations and improve time to market.
Drive Insights: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to all levels of the organization.
Collaborate & Influence: Partner with teams to deliver actionable insights, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
Innovate & Build: Develop models (e.g., marketing attribution, lead scoring) to enhance decision-making and improve processes.
Elevate Strategy: Ensure data and analytics are integrated into strategic decisions for current and future opportunities.
This role can be based out of our Caribou office in Denver, CO. Alternatively, this role may work remotely from a state where Caribou operates with a preference for the Chicago, IL, Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA markets.* This role may require attendance at occasional in-person team meetings.

You have experience operating iteratively in a Product Analytics function conducting A/B testing within a website experience.
You like fast paced startup environments that operate at speed and are well practiced at moving quickly and proactively.
You can balance an understanding of the key drivers of the business with the analytical rigor necessary to move the business forward quickly
Your communication & presentation skills allow you to explain complex analytical findings to audiences at all levels of the organization.
You have strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Excel, etc.
Your 3-5 years of professional experience includes work at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, or another early stage startup. Startup experience and / or MBA is a plus
