This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:

Project tracking and visibility: Maintain a comprehensive dashboard to transparently track completed and ongoing advocacy initiatives, fostering accountability and clear communication across the organization
Capacity management: Assist regional managers in tracking individual team member workloads, ensuring balanced capacity, and effective resource allocation
Reporting, storytelling & impact: Tell compelling stories around advocacy-driven project outcomes, including cross-functional collaborations, champion programs, and direct product influence to the greater organization
Cross-functional coordination: Serve as the key liaison between Advocacy and internal teams (Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Experience, Growth, Product teams), proactively managing dependencies and clearing pathways for successful advocacy execution
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years in program management or operations (within marketing or design teams)
Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for streamlining processes and enhancing team productivity
Strong analytical abilities, adept at translating data into actionable insights and storytelling
Outstanding collaboration skills, capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics and fostering cross-functional partnerships
Familiarity with Figma tools would be a great addition
