The Accounting Specialist will work closely with Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, and work across all departments including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Partner Service team to help facilitate and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
Own the daily cash process and bank reconciliations for all accounts.
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable in maintaining vendor listing.
Process weekly wire payments.
Assist with month-end close and fiscal/calendar year-end reporting.
Assist Partner Service team in distributing various monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and documents.
Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Excel and other MS Office Programs
Attention to detail.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to maintain confidential information.
Positive attitude.
$50,000 - $63,000 a year
The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
