QuinStreet’s Account Manager will own a portfolio of publishing partners, with an Insurance focus. Management of this portfolio requires internal and external communication, research and analysis, and support for partner launches and optimizations.
Responsibilities
Manage, build, and grow portfolio of existing partners through strategic thinking, effective communication, and data analysis
Establish robust pipeline of growth and expansion opportunities at the account level and provide regular updates on prioritization and progress towards tangible goals
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize existing relationships and launch new partnerships
Lead partner reporting efforts, delivering daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to partners and the Insurance Media team
Support Business Development team in partner prospecting and onboarding, helping the team achieve revenue goals
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
3+ years of account management experience with the capacity to sell
Experience in property and casualty insurance sales/marketing not required, but highly valued
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Solid analytical skills, experience with a BI/data visualization tool like Tableau preferred
Must be very comfortable with numbers and highly proficient in Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills/team oriented
Can-do attitude, customer focused, self-starter, resourceful, highly organized, detail oriented, strong work ethic
The expected salary range for this position is $52,000 USD to $100,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
