We are seeking a results-driven, strategic sales professional to join our team as an Account Growth Manager for the QuinStreet Rating Platform (QRP). In this role, you will focus on driving revenue growth within a portfolio of assigned insurance agency and broker accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to deepen relationships with existing clients, identify new revenue opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives that expand account value. You will serve as a trusted partner to clients, leveraging data insights and cross-functional collaboration to maximize client satisfaction and account growth.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion:
Own and manage a portfolio of 10–20 client accounts, focusing on increasing revenue and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop tailored growth strategies for each account by identifying unfulfilled client needs and recommending relevant QRP solutions.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by expanding account engagement and optimizing client adoption of QRP features.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively managing expectations and delivering exceptional client service.
Partner with clients to ensure they maximize the value of QRP, positioning the platform as an essential tool for their business success.
Strategic Sales Insights:
Analyze client data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth. Present actionable insights and customized recommendations to enhance client performance.
Work closely with internal Carrier, Product, and Sales teams to align client needs with available solutions and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
Requirements,
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within financial services, Insurtech, or SaaS industries.
Experience with Personal Lines Insurance or comparative rating platforms is highly desired.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong proficiency with Excel for data analysis; experience with BI tools like Tableau is a plus.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while independently prioritizing tasks.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and online performance marketing concepts.
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $120,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
