We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Sales team.
In this role, you’ll join the Mid-Market sales team and be responsible for selling Zapier’s Enterprise Automation platform offerings to customers across the globe. A successful Account Executive has demonstrated success selling to mid-market companies and above (500+ employees or more), can build pipeline through both inbound and outbound channels, can successfully sell to both executive buyers of Zapier and technical end users of the product, works collaboratively with cross functional teams (Product Marketing, Engineering, Demand Generation, RevOps, etc), and takes ownership for the outcomes of the program.

About You
You have 3+ years of closing experience working with customers, selling to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations in mid-market and above organization (SaaS experience is preferred)
You have demonstrated success in closing $50K+ software deals
You’re skilled at learning and communicating technical concepts at a deep level
You have a proven track record of developing senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
You thrive in a state of ambiguity and are motivated by strong personal drive
You have strong communication skills both with customers and within an organization
Things You’ll Do
Drive revenue for Zapier, owning the entire sales cycle through close
Deeply understand your customers to uncover customer needs and pain points
Navigate complex multi-party sales and win trust through consultative sales conversation with executives
Collaborate and work with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc. to build strategic adoption plans for customers
Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot
Provide recommendations to our product teams to help influence our Enterprise roadmap
