Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business sales and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. You will engage with prospects, deliver presentations, build pipelines, negotiate contracts, and ensure excellent customer service. Your goal is to meet or exceed quarterly quotas while developing long-term business relationships and effectively managing your territory.
Responsibilities :
Drive new business sales, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
Conduct discovery calls to align prospects’ needs with solutions and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying opportunities within the assigned territory.
Prepare SOWs and RFPs, manage legal reviews, and ensure accurate CRM data entry and forecasting.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to close profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to leadership on product portfolio evolution, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
Offer strategic oversight for large, complex programs and participate in project management to ensure lessons learned.
Foster long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer data, pipeline updates, and territory insights efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and surpass targets.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
