We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Analyst you’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing, CRM, and CRO teams. You’ll be integral to helping us solve challenges of how we allocate, and attribute marketing spend, how we create the highest converting funnels and how to keep learners active and engaged.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Marketing Analyst at Blinkist by Go1, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Performance Marketing Acquisition team. You’ll be responsible for constantly developing the targets and bids we use to run our campaigns, ensuring that our marketing campaigns are aligned with these targets to maximize profitability. Your expertise will help drive the strategic direction of our marketing efforts, ensuring that we achieve our financial goals.
You’ll help us navigate challenges related to non click-based attribution methods, providing valuable insights through multiple attribution formats, including last-click, blackout, incrementality tests, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). By analyzing and interpreting data, you will help the team understand the impact of various marketing channels and tactics, enabling more informed decision-making and optimization of our marketing strategies.
Evaluating A/B tests across the funnel will be another key aspect of your role. You will advise on test setup, analyze the test results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and overall marketing performance.
Additionally, you’ll work with non-paid channels such as CRM and SEO to help them visualise + understand performance and assess the outcome of new tests and strategies. Focused on conversion, monetization and renewal.
What You Need to Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Proven experience analyzing marketing data and providing actionable insights that impacted revenue
Background in performance marketing or handling performance marketing data
You have worked at an investment bank, vc, or top four consultancy
Proficiency in attribution and measurement techniques
Strong analytical skills (via SQL) with the ability to interpret complex data
A preference for speed and pragmatism over perfection
A growth focused mindset which is focused on delivering daily
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
