This role is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the sales commission processes. Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end process of calculating and distributing sales commissions and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of variable payouts
Maintain accurate sales performance data to support commission calculations and reporting
Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and HR to ensure alignment on commission plan design and implementation
Manage the reporting and tracking of sales results for visibility
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Banking, etc.
Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets expert (deep knowledge of formulas & functionality)
Exceptional attention to detail and has the business acumen to optimize our workflow & operational strategy proactively
Bonus Points
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights & presentations
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $75,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $110,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
