About the role:
We’re looking to hire a full-time remote Sales Development Representative I. For this role, your primary focus will be on taking inbound sales calls, conducting outreach, prospecting, and leading qualification cadences/campaigns. We need someone who will connect Outliant with as many leads as possible and determine if they’re good customer fits, and will connect and learn about our businesses and needs.
You’ll be able to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.
Seniority Level: Junior-Mid Level
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultation calls with inbound leads to understand their business needs and goals.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate client needs to the sales team.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through diligent follow-up and relationship building.
Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage and track leads, activities, and sales pipelines.
Do outreach to both inbound and cold leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong phone and Google Meet presence.
Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover client needs.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
Great with prospecting, research, and preparation.
Good time management and analytical skills.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
A personal computer with stable internet.
Nice-to-haves:
Junior-Mid level sales experience
Experience in the website/software design and development industry
Knowledge of digital marketing, such as advertising and SEO
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Reply.io, Clay)
