About The Role
As part of our growth marketing team, you’ll drive strategies to accelerate user acquisition and engagement, focusing on referrals, partnerships, webinars, and events. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to scale acquisition channels and test new initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Develop, implement, and optimize referral and partnership programs to drive acquisition and retention.
Analyze and improve referral channels and explore new growth opportunities.
Manage webinars that build engagement and qualified leads.
Collaborate across teams to embed referral strategies into the customer journey.
Use data to test, iterate, and refine strategies, ensuring high ROI.
Track and report on performance metrics with actionable insights.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 3+ years in growth or referral/partnership marketing, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Proven Success: Track record in scaling growth programs with measurable impact.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in A/B testing and data-informed strategy.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
Communication: Strong project management and communication abilities.
Problem-Solving: Creative and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000 and is based on individual qualifications and experience. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
