Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide behavior-analytic services
- Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct regular parent training sessions
- Conduct assessments and reassessments
- Conduct treatment planning sessions
- Coordinate care wtih primary care physicians & other professionals
- Manage own schedule and caseload
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable)
- Completion of BCBA supervision training
- 1+ years’ experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
