Account Executive (Hunter)

Summary

The Pismo Global Sales team is tasked with acquiring new clients and fostering client growth through selling Pismo solutions. They develop and manage a pipeline of new opportunities within key markets and segments. Additionally, they collaborate with regional leaders to ensure comprehensive coverage and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage commercial relationships with both existing customers and prospects, selling our cloud-based platform to a diverse set of accounts.
  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory and drive customer satisfaction together with revenue growth;
  • Uphold our core values of total trust, minimum friction experience, state-of-the-art technology, and challenge the status quo.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with both existing customers and prospects;
  • Articulate Pismo's platform differentiators through presentations to key stakeholders (including C-level), create winning proposals, and lead deal negotiations.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in customers/prospects, understanding expected business outcomes and ensuring their long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

  • Advanced English (C1)

Technical Skills:

  • Experience working in financial industry like bank and fintech, especially with cards
  • Previous B2B sales of technology products
  • Should be able to work collaboratively across various teams
  • Must reside in São Paulo or nearby areas due to occasional client visits.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience as hunter
  • Intermediate or Advanced Spanish
